Change Additions?

So, I recently got my hands on Hearthfire and were very eager to get my own house. I got the plot in Falkreath and started building away. However, I made a mistake.

I decided to make a Storage Room seeing as it could be useful, however, it is in my opinion the least useful of all additions and I'm not even entirely sure as to why it exists when every other room can have at least 1 container. I also made a Kitchen which I never ever use, I thought the new Oven would be interesting but I hardly see the food in Skyrim to be useful.

So I ended up building a Greenhouse(Love it!), Storage Room and Kitchen. Greenhouse being pretty much the only room I use a lot. I wish I would've gotten a Alchemist's Tower since I just realized that Alchemy is pretty in-depth and actually fun, especially now with the Greenhouse! And maybe an Armory instead of the Kitchen.

Is there any way at all to change Additions? Or am I stuck with those pesky rooms for all eternity?

I'd really appreciate some answers, tried to google a bit regarding this but couldn't really find anything.

A'ight cool, do they have the same looks? I'm gonna have to look at the plots before I build, if I'm to have an Alchemist's Tower there better be a damn good view D: I liked the view at Lakeview Manor :(
