Item for huscarl bug ?

I create a great armor, weapon and jewellery with strong enchantment for my Huscarl, when i give it, he put it on him it's ok, when he follow me it's ok too but when i separate of him, he return at home and after if i return see him, amor are not on him i need to speak with him to equip again, only the weapon stay on him. Can you fix that ?

It's very borring because one time a dragon attack my house and i don't have time too speak with my huscarl to change his armor and the dargon kill him !!!!

Housecarls (like other followers) have a default armor/apparel set that it's impossible to remove from their inventory unless you are on PC and can use a mod that lets you do it. They have a tendency to revert to their default gear even though you have given them items that you have made and improved for them. Unfortunately their AI does not seem to recognize the added protection/damage of armor or weapons that you have improved through crafting, and IIRC they judge quality by the base (unimproved) numbers only.

Also housecarls are in a class that favors Heavy Armor so they may prefer their default heavy stuff over any light armor you give them, even if the light armor is better in terms of protection because of the improvements you've made to it.

This is actually more frustrating with Hearthfire Stewards. Several characters you can appoint as Stewards do not have default armour, such as Faendal or Annekke Crag-jumper. If a Dragon or Giant attacks your home, while you are not using them as a follower, they won't put any armour you've given them on. The odds of their survival are low...
