Ok im currently using skyre. I like it im not gonna lie. I like what it does amd what it offers. Only thing is I dont like being forced to go over skill level 100.

As im am currently browsing, can anyone offer up some nice overhaul mods that stay under skill level 100 but also changings up enemys, combat, and adds new equipmeny to the world?

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19281 is about the only one I'm aware of besides SkyRe at the moment. And I'm sure when all the DLC and patches are done, much bigger ones will pop up as time goes on, though that doesn't solve your immediate problem.

try out Mundane Mundus if you like a slow game that demands you to think abt. char development. Placed at the end of your LO you`ll have a largely deleveled world with very rare quality items. Minimalistic and interesting if instant gratification isn`t your piece of pie.
