If they look good with Konahrik, sure. But I'm more excited for Miraak's robes.

So far, I'm not terribly interested in any of the new armor or weapons, simply because my loadout is already mega-ferocious.

I might consider crafting some of the new armors and weapons just to use as decorations in my various homes, and if I run into anything particularly impressive, I might use it in combat. But the new goodies are right now not the primary thing driving my interest in DB. I'm much more interested in exploring Solstheim and going on lots of new adventures. I sure hope we get a chance to at least step ashore on Vardenfell and northwest Morrowind at the port of Blacklight. Even if you can't do much more than stroll around Blacklight and do some business with the merchants, and can only explore a small part of the Vardenfell shoreline, it'll still be really neat. Also, I'm hoping that northern solstheim isn't just one vast glacier. It likely will be, but the variety of terrain in the vanilla game was a hugely attractive part of the entire Skyrim experience.
