Just wondering if there's a way to make holes in the landscape with the Creation Kit?

I'm planning on doing a cave without doors/portals that goes through a mountain.

I don't believe there is. You'll just have to place lots of stone and rocks to make a cave. Might have problems with LOD though, unless you tick FULL LOD on some of them

So basically make a den.
