Hi, I've created my character since 1.4 (now upgraded to 1.7) and been playing for around 40 hours, I'm level 20 and the game keeps running well, there are some FPS drops in some areas, but that was from the beginning, not big deal.

My strategy from what I've read is not to keep many quests lines opened and doing long rests from time to time. So no more than 5 open quests I have at a time... my question is, what are the odds of keeping the game running smoothly as it is now? or will it lag badly at some point? Any other tip not to overload Skyrim and be able to continue with my character?
