Since I moved my family do my newly built house, there seems to be a lot of tension between my husband (Stenvar) and my housecarl (Valdimar). They keep arguing about stuff (their arguments always starts with one of them saying "I saw it first!") and then they fight, and Stenvar ends up killing Valdimar. Every time I try to make peace between them (like taking one of them someplace else and returning) they are calm for some time, but then it starts all over again with "I saw it first!".

Is there any way to make them stop being so angry at each other? I'm on PC so I don't mind using console. If they can't live together I don't see a point in Hearthfire at all. And just when I finished building my perfect house... :/

Are you setting things around to decorate the place? like dropping an item and setting it somewhere? that will cause them to fight over things. I only use weapon racks, mannequnns and such.

but at least you know your husband is the man heh
