So maybe some of you know that Eastern Europe countries(Czech Republic, Poland, Lativia, Russia etc) had massive delays for PC versions of recent DLC's. As example:

Dawnguard:
PC premiere - August 2
East Europe - November 2

Hearthfire
PC premiere - September 5
East Europe - Still not avaible

We are still region blocked on Skyrim and all DLC's (including HR texture pack) and for months the one avaible option was to get it as a steam gift.

I am wondering if bethesda made any steps to improve this situation with Cenega, or is it still be the case with Dragonborn as a future content for PC.
