It's in Solitude, not Riften.

Try Solitude instead. I don't believe there is a college to find in Riften.

The college is located in Solitude, not Riften.

Watch out, there is something wrong with the college, as it is ran by a Altmer.

There are two. One for Bards and the other for Mages.

after checking uesp.net (which i didn't think of doing before) the bard's collage is in solitude. :wallbash:

I don't know why i keep thinking it's in riften. :turned:
