I have bought Proudspire Manor, there is a lot of cool stuff, like ingredients. If I take them and use them, do they ever respawn, otherwise I would be inclined to leave the house looking how it is and not have a load of empty shelves!

I doubt they respawn...but you can decorate the house yourself,so it is not so empty.Hold the "use" button on an object until the objects name disappears(then release)to pick it up,then tap "use" to drop it.

They don't respawn. I just leave the house as is.
