I wonder if when you get to solstheim will they pull a throwback to http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Socucius_Ergalla filling out your papers.
My ideal intro to the dlc is to have a redoran guard greet you at the docks, pull you into a building and send you to the immigration officer.
no gameplay reasons, i just want to see it, although a perk point reset would be useful.
