Just recently out of no where the NPCs in the game are either sliding across the floor or just spinning in place. I tried doing the Redguard Saadia quest and she just spinned in place, not allowing me to turn her in. Now anywhere I go NPCs are just sliding and spinning. I have mods but none that effect animation or have been recently installed. I looked online for an answer but all I saw were Xbox 360 players claiming it and with no resolution other than quitting and reloading, which isn't working for me...not that I thought it would.
