Good day all, I hope somebody here can help me with this problem because it's really "bugging" me. I have started a new character in Skyrim and choose for an archer again. I know how to play as one, had 2 others (lvl 54 and lvl 71) but with this character I cannot use the perks Eagle Eye nor Steady Hand. No zooming in and no slowing time, when I load another character I have the same problem. If it does not work I have invested in 3 useless perks and my new archer will never reach her full potential.

I have Skyrim with the most recent patch, Dawnguard and Heartfire. It has always worked before untill now. If anyone can tell me how to solve this you would make me very happy!!
