CTDs in menus : V

I experience CTDs while scrolling in the inventory, tanning, and cooking menus. CTD in the inventory menu is extremely rare (maybe 1 in 30), but more likely when I am carrying a lot of items (I have auto save while in menu turned off, and I don't know if this might be related to SkyUI), but CTD in the tanning and cooking menus are more frequent, maybe 1 in 4 or 1 in 5 times I access the tanning menu, and at least 1 in 2 or 1 in 3. I suspect it might be that the game is loading too many recipes, but I have no basis for that suspicion. I also can't figure out why I am CTDing so much in the cooking recipe menu. Other than realistic needs and diseases, I don't (think I) have any mods that add additional recipes. I've cleaned my mods in TES5Edit and checked them for errors, correcting those that do have them, but I still can't pin down the cause of these menu CTDs. It's getting to the point that I have to take precautions and save every time before I start cooking (just like in real life.....). Here's my load order. Any ideas would be appreciated.

PS. Ignore my custom compatibility patches at the bottom of the load order, they're just stuff that the Bashed Patch does not merge, which I have to do manually.
