No, it is around this time or an hour later tomorrow night. We are a bit ahead of the rest of the world, most of them have only just got to Monday.

Whether you get it the minute it is available, or a year later, it is going to be exactly the same DLC. Nothing about it is going to change, the only thing likely to happen is the servers will crash again, since most of us will be in a hurry to start playing it.
