effect of blizzaed push my charector from my screen.

i want it to stand there like no magic there anymore .it s good for my videos clip.

is this possible ?

If I'm understanding you correctly, you may not need a mod to do this. Check out the "tfc 1" console command: it will freeze everything in place and let you take a screenshot using a "remote" camera.
