I checked and looked for the Skald quest log bug which after completing the quest it stays in your journal and under the log for the mod says it's been fixed yet its still on my journal It just won't let me check it anymore and also the Missing in Action non violent way to complete the mission is also listed as 'fixed' and I went up to Thalmor he didn't give me nothing although I haven't joined either Stormcloaks or the Imperials, would like to know If I have to join them or can I get whatever letter from Thalmor without joining yet and if yes then what's wrong with this USKP.
