I am new to Dawnguard and I have a couple of questions.

I have noticed various colours of the vampire armour? Do they signify anything such as rank of the vampire or the six etc?

Can I marry any vampires and or get a vampire follower?
Will random vampires in cities still attack me now that I am one?
