Haha i ran into him too, lvl 81 and i got my [censored] handed to me on a plate

[May contain spoilers] I'm level capped (82) and i just ran into this guy simultaneously as those cultists. This guy can only be found if you're level 81. And he has a paralysis shot that lasts roughly 15 seconds. He has an ebony shield of fire supression (so fire dmg doesnt work well). Also has an ebony armore of regeneration. He can heal himself using a self-healing spell, and his sword is an ebony sword of vampire so it takes away 25 hp per hit away from you. If you guys want specific strategies on how i beat him i can post it for you.

This guy is THE hardest guy i've ever on skyrim so far, and i've played a LOT of skyrim.

Why would you want to be lvl'd further. The game offers zero challenge once you've scaled those dizzy heights, so surely it's a good thing there's an enemy that can challenge you?

[Contains spoilers] My strategy on beating this guy is that i had both of my one handed swords enchanted with vampirism (25 pts stolen from enemy per hit), i also drank 4 ultimate healing potions because he was blowing me away his shouts. I summoned my dragon to fight him. I had full dragonbone armor (heavy armor ofcourse). He takes a while to take down but dont be discouraged. Remember that you can use potions even when you're struck down and flat on the ground, so USE them even when you think you have enough health.

Ebony warrior was very challenging for me. Took me at least 3 tries throwing everything I had at him too. Kudos for Bethesda for putting this in for level capped people.

Yeah, no complains here. I'm glad to get my a** handed to me on the very first quest on this new dlc. Keeps it exciting for me! HOORAY FOR LVL CAP CONTENT!
