I've had trouble with a few glitches since around October, I'll list them out:

-I can't move out of the cart after the Opening cinematic, in fact no one talks, and the prompt to use the right joystick to look around doesn't come up

-People don't talk at all, they just sit or stand and stare at me. When I talk to them the dialogue box would come up, but they still wouldn't say anything.

-In my old saves I couldn't use any dragon shouts, they just completely froze up my Xbox.

I tried deleting my saves to see if that would work, but the problems still persist (except for the dragon shouts for obvious reasons), and I've even got one of the latest updates, but nothing has worked.
