Is no one making an Ultima Mod??

The possibilities could be endless.

that would be a huge mod - it kinda an amazing thought.. completely recreate another game scenario like.. Zelda. or something.

Just be careful to go for works no longer under copyright - the folk making a Middle-Earth (Lord of the Rings) total conversion mod where shut down.

Clear parodies are considered free trade, like the various "... Abridged" series, or Red vs Blue. Game mods are a grey area, though, and in any case original content is unassailable.

I saw a Mario (as in Super Mario Bros) total conversion mod, though, that treated the whole thing as a dream the Dragonborn had when he slept in a particular bed.

And Ultima was one of the first, and certainly one of the best, computer RPGs back in the day. If anything, TES: Arena took inspiration from it.

And lots and lots of DnD
