I'd like to install the unofficial patches for skyrim, dawnguard and Hearthfire, but I have a question: I know there is a bug in the game that mixes up the Drain Vitality shout from dawnguard with the Marked for death from vanilla skyrim. I tried looking in the unofficial dawnguard patch, and it mentions only the drain vitality shout. I've started a new game and I've finished DG, and on the way I've learned 2 words from the Drain Vitality shout, and no one from marked for death. Can somebody tell me if that patch fixes also the marked for death shout?

A second question involving skyrim as a whole: I'm playing the Italian version of the game, would changing it to english (through the steam language option) break my game or would I be able to proceed as normal?
