i want this sword, but the toon that wants it has absolutely no desire to join the DB, she will kill them if necessary but will not join. so my question, is there anyway to get this sword without joining the DB? the wiki says the katariah will only appear during the during or after the DB quest. just wondering if i have to join them for it to appear, or can i get it if i decide to kill them?

::edit, i should note that i am playing on ps3 so i dont have access to console commands or mods::

It's available at the end of the DB main quest line. The Katariah only appears after the particular quest has started, so if you want the sword you'll have to join the DB.

darn, i was hoping it might appear after i wipe out the DB.. ah well ill just have to enchant my own scimitar lol
