Raven Rock seems to have mostly armor.

The only one I've come across in my meager 2 hours of playing the new content is the "Dunmer Outfit", which seems to be in various places.

Edit: In hindsight, I'm useless.

Found some masks on the Wikii, they say 0 armor value so I'm guessing they are cloth since they increase specific magic element damage by 25%.



...Wait nvmind, another wiki says they are Heavy armor. Lol mages.

If you play through Neloth's quest line at the telvanni place you can acquire a set of telvanni robes just like the ones Neloth wears. However, they are only a 75% increase to magicka regen. Really wanted something to replace my college robes/ royal vamp armour.
