I would like to see a patch on XBox that allows you to change the gender of your character, as well as the appearance. Since gender has bearing on stats or skills, I don't think this would be too hard to do. I've seen several people wanting to do this on different forums.

A feature allowing the change of gender would never be used by me. However, I understand scenarios in which others may want to alter their gender (I do hope it is realized that six is a purely cosmetic feature in Skyrim).

With all honesty, I am curious as to why you might want to?

Start a new character. Problem solved.

I'm playing as a female High Elf. I don't mind playing as a female, since it doesn't matter in the game. But I want to get Hearthfire, build a home, get married, adopt a kid. So now I want it to mirror real life a little more, I guess.

Or...give me the option to change my character without forcing me to replay the game.

I second this, however I have realized that it is pointless to object. This change, among others, is likely coming when considering the route The Elder Scrolls has taken.
