i havent done the math yet..

but i know that a day in elderscrolls universe is a lot shorter than a day in real time. so this leads me to believe that there is a limit on the lifespan of this game from the word go. for if it continues say ten years in real tme that might be all the way up to morrowinds era in game. forgive me for not doing the math yet i will as soon as i find the nirn/earth time ratio. but days will be passing in game and theres things going on in the universe at least some point maybe wwaaayy later on. (these are just my thoughts so dont try and confuse with fact.) im just wondering how long until recorded things starts happening. it would be sick if the world would have lore-events from the wonderful elderscrolls books happen that you could spectate and/or take part in. like geometrical changes that happen real time in game. or a huge spectacle like the sky opening that everyone could see as daedra entered nirn. or an akaviri invasion that happens one day in the middle of a pvp cyrrodiil battle. or something live-action like that that we've heard about from lore. (the need to pay for new content might get in the way of real-time massive events taking place though)

time seems to be a factor.

how long is an era? this might answer me. could it extend until infinity until theyve decided the third era has started?

thanks for sharing in speculation with me.

please refrain from telling me this is just a game.
