How would I find individual quests, and stop them from ever activating in-game through the creation kit?

I thought there might be a simple 'quests' tab... but nope. I was hoping to delete them the same, easy way I delete music entires for my personal-use replacers.

I know there is a scripts tab, and was going to go through the laborious task of eliminating all quest-specific scripts, but I can't delete those either so hmm....
