CK annihilating my navmesh... >:(

So, I'm having a really annoying problem. I navmeshed one of my levels yesterday, then went to test it. Actors acted weird, so I noted to check the navmesh. So today I get on, go to my dungeon and look at my navmesh. Oh joy, it's broken up into about 10 different groups, with random chunks deleted and reshaped for no reason.

How weird. So, I fix all the areas and reconnect everything, then I check cover and finalize. Oh hey, it did it again. What the heck is going on here? I've never had this issue before.

No matter what it seems the CK destroys my navmesh when I finalize. What would cause this? It's really annoying.

EDIT: It happens when I save the mod... *Okay it didn't do it this time... standby incase it randomly decides to again. >.>

Try giving the NAVM an EditorID before editing/finalizing it? That often helps with the CK's tendency to delete and replace preexisting NAVMs. Might also help here?
