So I've been searching around for a bit after a medium sized player home, with the esssential crafting equipment and a trophy-room, that allows both spouses and housecarls/followers to live inside, instead of the spouse living in the vanilla homes and housecarls staying at their respective cities, but have been unable to find any, so I was wondering if such a mod even exist? And if so, can anyone make me a recommendation?

House preferences are quite subjective, but these mods might help you out:

I don't know of any house mod that allows your housecarl to live inside it by default, but this mod allows you to assign a home for any follower you have so they will reside there when you dismiss them:

With these two mods, any house you download can become a home for all your followers, spouses, or whatever.
