I am new to these forums, but I felt it'd be entertaining to receive suggestions on challenge playthroughs that are fun, but not overly difficult to the point of being boring and not fun. The idea behind this was during the week or so before Dragonborn was released we wished to play a melee character that would fulfill the roles of what we considered to be a stereotypical dragonborn based on the trailer for Skyrim. We went about doing this through the creation of rules to attempt to go by. We had a lot of fun and some raging due to these rules, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was hoping for this community to provide suggestions to future challenges or suggestions to change about our current challenge.
TL;DR: Challenge fun, make sense, you help, ook oook.
The previous challenge that we as friends played through was fairly simple. A list of the rules we came up with are as fallows:
Challenges
Dragonborn - Branden
No Magic - Staves and Scrolls allowed.
No Stealth skill points excluding Alchemy
No Overpowered Weapons
No stealth or magic Guilds
No Vampire Lords
No Enchanting weapons/staves/armor, however you can use already enchanted weapons/armor.
No Magicka points from level up
Heavy Armor Only
Strength Based companions only
Morality = Good
Must Side With faction chosen to escape with in beginning.
Stealing from evil / war enemies(if necessary)
Shouts allowed
Do not aid any evil Daedra willingly
No Daedric Armor(Conflicts with morality)
No Exploits
No difficulty less than Adept
Dragons On
No Exploits

As you can see this wasn't the most difficult challenge, but it was very fun. Feel free to try it out if you haven't done something similar already.
If you have any suggestions for changes to the challenge, or recommendation of another challenge, feel free to discuss. I would love to play more challenges like this one with all different types of character builds!
Thanks for reading!
