Quick question; I've seen the new waves on Solstheim, which is awesome, but did they add them to Skyrim or no?

I don't think they added them in Skyrim.

I haven't checked yet, but note the waves only occur against fairly steep rocky shorelines. Standard shorelines are still standard.
That said, I'd suggest heading over to Skyrim's northwestern border with High Rock and have a look.
