My Character appears to be in sneak mode and moves as if in sneak mode, (3rd person shows sneak mode on) however when i approach somebody, I dont get the "pickpocket" option that i would normally get I just get the normal "talk" to them.
I tried allocating a different button for sneak in the control settings, made no difference. tried fast travel, no difference. tried sleeping and waiting still no good.

Any ideas?

I've had this happen and here's how I fixed it:
- Toggle to Standing/Sneak/Standing then switch view from 1st to 3rd
- Repeat Stand/Sneak/Stand and switch to 1st
- Now switch back to 3rd and you should be standing as normal
