I know that if I do the Battle for Whiterun scenario (on the Stormcloaks) that Heimskrs house becomes inaccessible and therefore I can't do a Thieve's Guild radiant quest from Vex. My main question is that is "The Sweep Job" required to complete the "The Litany of Larceny" side quest? Or can I just not care about it and do other radiant quests and eventually get all the items required for it?

My second question is if there are any other quests that I won't be able to complete after the Battle for Whiterun (siding with the Stormcloaks)?
