Hello - sorry, not got time to search for this issue but happy to report it...

Once I get inside the tower, if I activate the switch which contatcs the Lord Regent on the intercom TV at the top of the stairs then the Lord Refent finishes speaking ("Guards are on their way now" etc.) but the black bars indicating that it's cutscene remain on the screen and I can't exit out of this mode.

It's not a blocker - I can reload and just not activate the switch, but it's pretty broken
