Which mod manager do you recommend?

I'm starting the game clean and am looking at mod managers. I've been uses Nexus' but am looking at the ModOrganizer (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1334) or TesModManager (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5010). I hope to use them with BOSS and or Bash but I'm not sure which to use. Any suggestions?

Bash is the one that I'd recommend.

It's a lot more powerful in managing the installation of packages than most mod managers.

NMM is more aimed at the neophite and it appears to be the standard, but sometimes it is a bit too simplistic.
Wrye Bash requires more effort from the user part to get into it but it's more flexible and it has a lot more functions than NMM, unfortunately though it's not the standard.
Mod Organizer seems to be closer to Wrye Bash rather than NMM and it has a peculiar approach to how to install mods (virtual directories for each mod).

I have used Mod Organizer and was really happy with it, but couldn't solve proper installation of SkyProc patchers (ASIS, RBS, Alternative Variants, Realistic Lighting with Customisation). Now I am using both NMM and Wrye Bash - NMM just for checking the updates of mods, everything else is solved by Wrye Bash.
