So I just spent 20 bucks on Dragonborn and I can't start it. No priests attacked me, nor was I ableto find Salt Sage outside of Windhelm. I tried this on my level 81 and it would work on my level 21 either. Are their any requirements I need to have? I'm currently re-downloading it.
