Ok so I'm on the last quest where you have to unlock the Bend Will shout before going to face Miraak and I have no Dragon Souls left to spend. Everytime I kill a dragon Miraak takes the soul. I've tried going to Skyrim and he still takes the souls. I tried almost killing the dragon, saving, killing it, letting Miraak take the soul, reloading and killing it again, and no one absorbed the soul.

Please help, I've got so many hours invested in this DLC already and it would be terrible to realize I could not finish it.

I think its a bug.

I had something similar happen, I went to try to unlock but it said no dragon soul. Then the guy pops up
and takes one when I did get one.

Later, I got another word of a shout. I then promptly unlocked like 4 words at once, though I'd killed no more dragons.
This figures, since I think I have ooodles upon oodles of souls from when I was bored in skyrim before DLC stuff.

how many dragons have you killed?
you may just be on a run of bad luck
he steals a lot of souls, but from my game, it seems its just random
he may steal it, he may not
maybe you are just having a bad run with the coin toss

I've killed eight since the final mission began and he's stolen every single soul.
