Can the Wabbajack summon Sheogorath? : V

I read on the Wikia that the Wabbajack has a chance to spawn Sheogorath who will do a short dance and then despawn. I've used the thing a ton but have never seen it happen.
Can anyone confirm that it does do this?

The UESP wiki doesn't list this as an effect. I've never seen it happen, but I don't really use the Wabbajack all that much.
