Under the "Peak Value Modifier" effect archtype, the various "Fortify X" spells come with two different types of mod types, "xMod" and "xPowerMod". What is the difference between these two types of modifiers? "xPowerMod" tends to be used for alchemy effects while "xPowermod" is used in enchantments, so while I can see where they'd be different for the spell schools (the "magnify" effect instead of the "fortify" effect) what does this mean for other skills? Specifically, I'm interested in what they mean for Pickpocketing: both potions and enchantments of pickpocketing advertize the same effect (a % increase in effectiveness) but are they actually different effects? By switching enchantments to use the "PickPocketPowerMod" effect, could we bypass the bug where certain big-ticket items are harder to pickpocket the more enchantments you wear?
