Has anyone tried this? I noticed that storage is safe, so I was wondering if anyone has used this place as a base of operations? It seems like the perfect place for a thief/assassin character who doesn't want to be found. Its got a full forge, which is nice as well.

I know the storage never resets, but I'm wondering if the bandits respawn, because that would be annoying.

Just wanting to get people's thoughts on this.
