Clean Install of Skyrim - Story Progress? : V

Alright, I want to uninstall skyrim and reinstall it (getting crashses about 1-2 mins into gameplay) and I am at my wit's end on how to repair it)

I know to back up my saves, but my question is will my dawnguard and hearthfire progress still be there? As in, I completed Dawnguard, will all the story stuff and my quest progress still be the same? Or will it reset?

Same goes for hearthfire, will my wife and daughters still be present in the house, will my house even be there?
