I was just kind of curious what games/companies people thought were doing well and what are their best games/ series

I would have to say their best series are
Elder Scrolls
Fallout
and are the best sand box games out their. I would say in general they are the must successful gaming company out their right now. they have taken alot of heat for the ps3 dlc or lack of but really it is looking like that will be fixed soon and they really need to make it up to them to build back faith. I will also say I am a bot worried about the online game they are makeing because lets face it knights of the republic did not do so well( and their are alot of star wars geeks/lovers ( I am one of them) but if that fails I really dont see how teso can do much better.

I would say mass effect has been a really good series for them but they took alot of heat over ME3 ending and lost alot of faith. Dragon age 2 was kind of disappointing with the best improvement being combat but Dragon Age 3 is set to come out late next year and lets hope that is a hit cause they really need it. as for knights of the republic well that failed to even come close to wow and ruined what should have been a single player rpg. if dragon age 2 does bad bioware might be in some trouble which is sad for a company that has made some awesome games.

Kingdom Hearts
Final Fantasy

star ocean was ok but not great, Kingdom hearts tend to be really good games but as a series it is hard to follow with games on the ps2,psp, DS,and 3ds make it a really hard story to follow and the fact that they have not released kingdom hearts 3 or any console game this generation is kind of sad. Final Fantasy one of the most legendary rpg series of all time has really fallen on hard time with FFX probably being their last great game, followed by the mediocre FFXIII which in turn produced FFXIII-2 which was slightly better but still mediocre which then after none of them being hits they began making FFXIII-3 which releases early next year which I dont understand why. and then their is their own mmo FFXIV which did so bad that a spokesmen said that another game like it would put them out of business and they respond be remaking it and after seeing that I did not even bother seeing when it would come out why in hell you would remake the worst game you ever made I will never know. the only redemption for final fantasy is the FF7 remake which they refuse to do cause hey why make money when you can throw it away.

for a first game from this company this might not have been the greatest but it was good and it is sad that they closed their doors or merged or whatever they had to do. I do think they this will become a rather fun series but time well tell.

I might not love fable and I dont think any of them have been great I can atleast say so far they have been consistently better than average and they will continue to make games into the future.

anything Shin Megami Tensei
the smt series I came across for the first time 2 years ago and man they were all great. recently they have been remaking their persona series on the psp adding a bit to the games and have seen good sales and have made at-least the persona series alot easier to follow I will say the same thing I did about kindom hearts that these guys have really missed out by not making a console game this generation but this seris wont slow down anytime soon.

and those are just what I can think of I have to say there is not much that I am looking forward to this upcoming year in terms of rpgs but maybe I have missed some good games.
