OK, so I'm wondering if it is true that having both Muffled Movement & Silence perks will negate any need for having the Muffle Enchantment on your boots. Read that if you have both perks it equals having the Muffle enchantment, so there's no need for the enchantment.

Been killing/reloading armorsmiths for like two hours now without ever seeing any Muffled Boots, but I already have both perks anyway. So is the enchanment not needed when you do have both perks?

Also wondering if the perks/enchantment affect heavy/light armors differently. If I wear heavy dragonbone, but have the heavy armor perk Conditioning that reduces the weight of heavy armor to zero, does that have any effect on Muffle whatsoever?
