Anyway, I heard that once you beat Miraak (sp.?) that you get a respec option. But, I can't seem to find a post on whether or not it's possible to respec beyond that. Like, lets say I respec after beating Miraak - is it then possible to go back and respec again?

I think the proper term would be "perk replacement". You get your perk points back for a specific tree, if you wish to.
