My Character's Path (Logistics Question)

So I know that the Companions always have some sort of bitter member that's turned away for good. We have the werewolf in the Dark Brotherhood, we have Uthgerd the Unbroken, and we have the woman in the Vokihar Vampire castle who feels she's ten times stronger tham anyone in the Companions after becoming a Vampire Lord.

Here's my question: If I became "lord of the keep" siding with the Vampires, would it be logical to also be a member of the Companions in some twisted way? I ask this mainly because of the werewolf/circle business. My plan is to at least be partway into the companions line upon starting with the Vampires (I love how Harkon acknowledges that you're a werewolf, as well as Arnbjorn (DB guy) and promptly cures you of it) and later going back to the Companions to have my vampirism cured after completing the Vampire line. By being lord of the keep, I obviously feel obliged to keep my vampirism, but something about the werewolf form pulls me... at the same time, something about the Dawnguard really puts me off. My own personal preference is, I guess, blocking my obvious choice to end up going with the Dawnguard, but I feel as though the game acknowledges characters who are in the Companions in almost every single guild in the game.

What do you guys think? I feel as though it can be pulled off, but I need some reason to keep blocking the sun after curing my vampirism. Some way of "representing" that I'm the lord.
