Where do I start? Well, guess what, I've just started working on my custom voiced companion mod on monday, which wasn't difficult, up until the moment I figured that dialogue didn't work like I was used to. I'd spend the last three days trying to figure out if I'm slightly turning crazy, just because I figured I'm to stupid to do simple dialogue questing (which was part of a tutorial about 1 year ago). I've repeated step after step over and over again until I was just trying to put the dialogue not only on my custom created NPC but all NPCs, just to figure this didn't work either.

So, what I then did was verifying my CK cache to see if anything's wrong with my CK installstion...which appearantly it wasn't. I was learning over at http://deck16.net/post/23029593001/making-a-unique-voiced-follower-in-skyrim-part-3 when I got the first signs of something was wrong with the CK. Copple of links pointed me to problems with .wav, .wmx and .fuz files, making me download two custom tools from the Nexus in order to fix something, which, appearantly, wasn't broken.

Out of desparation I just opened Google and used search tags 'dialogue bug'...and guess what? It finally unloaded on me what was going wrong here. To conclude the hassle I've had the copple of last days, I'll just list the troubles you gave people, just by not giving any support at all.

1. Dialogue Bug is caused due to patch 1.7 restructuring things in CK, so you'll need a .SEQ file in order do not get all of your dialogue in mods messed up. Fortunately I figured that TESV team was so generous to already provide a simple one click solution inside their nifty tool.
2. After I validated my CK files, the whole .ini was messed up (my bad I didn't make a backup...but you know, all the stress of miserable support), to the point were I wasn't able to start more the one instances of the CK and wasn't able to load plugins that had more then one file as .esm master. Guess how long it took me to fix things that I already searched and fixed myself long ago.
3. To round it up, Dawnguard.bas and Hearthfires.bsa weren't ancored inside the .ini, so the CK was giving me crashes. Again needed to fix something I've searched and fixed myself long ago.

So forgive my temper, but I would just feel pleased to get an answer on why are you doing such stupid things on folks that are just trying to mod your game? Is it to much for you just to leave a stickie post about how to fix thoose issues, and even better, notifie us of shortcomings that you've actually created. What about people just starting the CK...what if they initially start to make a voiced quest and can't get anything done?

Talk with us...PLEASE!!!

Edit: Oh, btw...thanks to Arthmoor and Alex. V. Veilicky (or whatever his name is) for doing work that should have been done bya the developers.
