im just wondering if anybody knows or have tried both http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3413 and http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/4374 together and if they had no problems with both mods working together. but my biggest problem is the midas magic requires you to use materials to cast spells from what i understand does that include the fefualt magic spells and the other mod also. i just want to know before i go try them. what the players think.

You shouldn't have a problem. If you a worried about potential uninstall issue's use something like Wrye Bash.
