There has probably been a bunch of threads about this and I apologize in advance. What levels were you guys when legendary dragons appeared? I read on the UESP that they appear at Lv. 78, but I've seen many people say they have met them as early as Lv. 50. I'm asking this because I'm curious and because legendary dragons seem to elude me.
