Being a dark elf character i jumped at the opportunity to own a house within raven rock, but its so dark and messy. Does anyone know if you can customize it at all like you could with the houses in skyrim, because i much prefer my house in raven rock to any of the ones from the hearthfire dlc. I'm a dunmer not a nord!

So far, no items I've removed have respawned.
It appears as though Severin Manor works like the Thane houses in major Holds.
