When skyrim had been out for a a few weeks i remember getting some information about a secret area that could be accessed.
I do not remember how i got there, but i remember it was outdoor, seemed like it was on a cliff and i think it had a couple random NPCs there.
There was also an enchanted item. The past few months i have been looking for the information on this but i could not find it.

All i could remember was i had to do something wierd to get here and the area was pretty neat (including the information i already listed).

This was on my Xbox, so please no PC suggestions.

I hope someone out there knows what i am talking about. It would make me day.
